i'm ready

after a long drawn out argument with my dad today and finally telling him everything i've been holding on to the last 28 years i have finally found some inner peace about the situation. It is great because I have 6 hours before we leave for the hospital and i just laid it out on the table...everything about how weird it was for me to have a daughter who was going to grow up with a dad to the fact that i'm tired of him and mom fighting like 12 year olds and him acting like a victim. it's finally over. we are packed and ready to go. i can't wait to meet my little "squirmapillar" as dh has taken to calling her.
